James Brian Carson AKA Cook Carson is a Culinary Cowboy. He was baked and born in a town that produced flour outside Philadelphia named "Flourtown." As a spry boy he pulled up his boot straps, jumped on a steel horse and began his on the job journey into the food industry. His trail blazing went from the Jersey Shore to Vail CO, Martha's Vineyard, New Zealand, Australia then NYC.
